Why We Built This Site
Colorado provides several kinds of court access, but each serves a different task. The Judicial Branch Docket Search shows public settings. The Clerk of Court for Larimer County Combined Court maintains state trial-court case files and the Register of Action. CoCourts offers a vendor search layer, while city clerks keep municipal ordinance and traffic matters. We organize those official routes, explain the local case classes, and distinguish a calendar entry from the document held behind it.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Larimer County
- Court settings: how to read court dates and confirm the current appearance details
- Case lookups: how to use a case lookup by name or official case number
- Record requests: how court records, ROAs, and certified copies are obtained from the clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Colorado court, clerk, municipality, or government agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified Larimer County court record must come from the Combined Court clerk or the municipal court that holds the original.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, results, prices, and privacy terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not control the provider or treat its output as an official Larimer County court record.
