Questions about an official Larimer County docket belong with the court that keeps it. State District and County Court records are handled by the Larimer County Combined Court clerk, while each municipal court keeps its own city cases. We cannot retrieve or alter a record. The routes below identify the official office for a date, ROA, filed order, or certified copy.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the official Larimer County channel that matches the record needed:

  • A calendar entry: run a case lookup through the Colorado Judicial Branch docket search.
  • A court date: check Larimer County court dates and confirm the current setting with the clerk.
  • A certified copy: order it from the clerk for the court that issued the document.
  • An ROA or filed order: use the official Record/Document Request Form or ask the records desk.
  • A municipal case: contact the Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, or Wellington court clerk that holds it.
